Today was a family fun day!
We went to the Big Horse Corn Maze in Temecula.
We went with our good friends, The Ryans. It was a bit warm today, but not too bad.
This is a BIG horse, but he was a friendly guy. Noah loves horses!
The sun was a little too bright for these kids to open their eyes and smile...but at least they are both doing it! Noah and Madison were twins today, both wearing orange and brown. Just kind of happened, but it made them happy!
Here are all the kids, getting ready to go get lost in the maze!
This is the map of the actual maze it is a little over 11 acres.
We entered, ready and knowing we could do this....BUT, which way to go ?!?!?! There were quite a few voices shouting out directions....
There were 10 stations where a Corn Cop was stationed, for help if needed, but also there was a puzzle to solve. Each station had 2 letters or numbers to write down and then you had to fill in the blanks to come up with the answer. The kids thought it was fun to get to each Corn Cop and fill in their card.
The maze was fun and we thought it would be pretty warm inside, but it was actually pretty cool. Nice due to the day being a little warm. You can tell that Noah's face is flushed. It was hard to get good pictures because of the sun filtering in every little place you looked or stepped. After the maze Noah was able to choose 3 fun activities. There were quite a few: face painting, haywagon rides, pumpkin patch, pig races, pumpkin bowling, pony rides, steer roping....BUT Noah chose Corn Cannon (he got to shoot 5 little corn cobs out of a pipe shooter that was hooked up to an air compressor. Those cobs flew!!!
Next was a bouncy house/slide...he loves these things........
There was also entertainment at its highest!
His last activity was the Corn Box. Who would think this could be fun? He LOVED it. Rolling, jumping, tossing....CORN everywhere!!! All the kids were into this one!
It was a fun afternoon. Afterwards we went with our friends and had dinner.
It was a fun Fall activity, spent with some nice friends!
