We have some fun visitors that arrived Thursday afternoon....someone was very excited about these people coming.......GRANDMA JUDI & GRANDPA DICK
They came to visit and play with Noah & to see him in our primary childrens program on Sunday. We are planning on having a lot of fun!

Today we went to The Peltzer Farms Pumpkin Patch. We went early in the day because the weather this week has been HOT. It was in the mid 90's & that makes for a hot day when you are out in the sun. We also wanted to beat the crowds...and this is one popular place to visit during October.

Noah really loved all the pumpkins everywhere....he just kept going from one to the next saying it was the perfect "punkin"

Now, there are a lot of pictures on this post. But they were cute pictures & we wanted to post all of them.
{ Noah & his Mommy}
{Noah & Grandma Judi}
{Noah & Grandpa Dick...there were smiles from both of them, just not caught on film}

One of the highlights of the day.......... Taking a ride on Nippster the pony!! Noah was so excited to ride a pony. This was the first time ever being on a horse. He immediately had a grin from ear to ear...and they hadn't even started moving yet!
On one of his times passing me, he said, "Mom, look at me, I'm a real cowboy!"

Then we were off for a quick ride on the Peltzer Railroad....and quick it was! But Noah has a love for trains & this was something he definitely wanted to do.
{riding with two of his favorite people!}
For some reason, Noah LOVES goats! I know it's crazy....but he LOVES to pet them, feed them, talk to them. He is so funny. It takes some serious talking to get him out of the petting zoos.

{I think he's breaking the news to this poor turkey, that in a few weeks he will be sitting on our dinner table!}
{using those strong muscles!}
Picking out the perfect pumpkin....he wanted to go straight home & carve this huge thing...luckily we've put that project off for a couple more days.
We had a fun time at the Pumpkin Patch. We left there & headed to Old Town Temecula, for some shopping {Grandpa - the coin store & Grandma - the quilt store}, then we had a yummy lunch at a mexican restaurant & then off to take a nap at home.
We had a great day!
Hey Christine! Looks like you are having fun out there. Wade and I are coming out there 2 week in Nov. Shoot me an email if you guys want to meet up!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun trip to the pumpkin patch. Those are all really cute pictures. So fun to have Dick and Judi there...and I love that they are 2 of Noah's favorite people. It would seem weird (for me anyway) to go to a pumpkin patch when it is so hot outside...but I'm sure you get used to it:-)
ReplyDeletecute pics christine! i always love punkin patch pics!
